NOTE: You will need to bring the following with you for testing.
- Two forms of identification, one "must have" a photo such as a drivers license, passport, place of employment security/ID card with picture etc. Non-photo ID's could be a social security card, birth certificate, baptismal certificate, school ID card, library card etc. Although not mandatory, the ARRL likes to have a "photocopy" of your ID's for their records.
- If you are upgrading a license, then you must bring the "original" and a "photocopy" of
your current license and of any "active" C.S.C.E.'s for "passed" exam elements for which you
have not received a paper license from the F.C.C.
Please remember that "C.S.C.E.'s" (Certificate of Successful Completion of Examination) are only good for 365 days when used for "additional upgrades". Example, you have a Technician license and pass the Morse Code test. The C.S.C.E. you recieve is only valid for 365 days to use as part of upgrade to General Class. Reverse also applies. You are a Technican and pass the written General license test. If you do not take and pass the Morse Code test within 365 days, the General C.S.C.E. will expire and you'll have to take the General written again.
- $14.00 Exam Fee preferably in cash.
